Meese?

If the plural of goose is geese, what is the plural of moose?

Just wondering.

Coming from Canada, this particular particularity of the English language has been discussed many a time.

The plural of moose is moose. Why? Just because. For the same reason that the plural of mouse is mice but the plural of house is houses...

This is the kind of thing that makes my students think that English is impossible.
